“We always find good things at Hot Topic. This was quite a small location but everyone there was really nice and helpful. Clothes were tried on and many other items were shopped for. They had some really nice new Nightmare before Christmas merchandise that I wished I could get. Usually when we're shopping it's the kids who are buying things and they did find some items they wanted while we were there. I'm also a fan of all the Lilo & Stitch merchandise that I can run across. The store is definitely one of the highlights of the entire mall.”
“Great service and a fantastic custom suit. I was tired of picking off the rack at large department stores (mainly Nordstrom), and was able to order a suit that fits my already broad shoulders without the jacket making me look "like a brick". For a fully custom suit with quality fabric, shirt, socks, and cuff links I was out the door for a few hundred less than I would have spent on an off-the-rack suit with alterations at Nordstrom. Staff is much more friendly and not salesmen-esque like in a department store. I cannot recommend supporting this small business enough, they also sell more than just formal wear. Great job Lou and team!”
“Just wanted to thank John for his excellent customer service. We couldn't find the store in the mall and had to call the store to find it. His directions to get there were very helpful and we were greeted with a helpful smile. We were first time customers and were in to exchange a gift. John spent a lot of time with us looking for the right thing. My husband sometimes has a hard time finding well-fitting clothes and so John's patience was much appreciated. He had a positive and welcoming disposition was refreshing (especially the day before Christmas!)Thanks, John!”
“I went in to try on some shoes that I had seen online. Andrew made sure that I was going to get the right size and had me try on a few different pairs to verify. I ended up seeing a different pair that I liked better and he helped with those as well. Top notch service. The shoes are extremely comfortable. I very much enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely be back for clothes, other shoes, or any of the accessories they offer.”
“I have visited this store a few times and never had a bad experience. The store is large, clean, and well organized. The staff is helpful when needed. This location is large enough to carry extended sizes which is really nice! Parking is free and has not been a problem when I have visited.”
“This Vans store location has a wide variety of Vans shoes as well as clothing and accessories. Prices are high that's why I rated it 4 stars. For example, a canvas jacket with an attached hood cost $85.”

“The staff at the varies various stores are always helpful and available to answer any questions. I stopped at the Schaumburg store to check on sale items. Found pair of pants that I wanted, but they did not have my size. Female staff person called the Downers Grove store for availability, and requested item be held for pickup. I arrived at the DG store, and pants were waiting. Met Frank and Matt. THX to all for ur assistance.”
“Same as most. They are quick to help and friendly. A little annoyed that I came in to rent a $100 tux and ended up paying $250 for a better tux (vera Wang) than the basic but still might have shopped around more if I didn't have that sort of bait and switch.”

I was worried that there might be a problem with my fit since I have weight in the wrong places. Lons story short everything was spot on and great. Nothing had to be altered or swapped.”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service, courtesy of Jacks. I bought a long, down, duster coat a couple of weeks ago, and Jacks took the time to place the order over the phone for me, since my size was not in stock. She even made sure that I received the additional discount that I had earned as a rewards member. The coat arrived, and I wasn’t sure if I liked the fit, so I brought it into the store today. Jacks gave me her honest opinion, that it was too bulky on me, and then she suggested a different cost style and had me try it on. The coat she suggested fit beautifully, and I bought it on the spot. Be sure to ask Jacks for help because she knows the products inside and out, and truly has your best interest at heart!”

“This Gap re-laid out their store again, which made it seem like there were less men's clothes available, and had the women's sections very spread out. Adult athletic wear was on a whole other floor. The dressing room was chaotic, however despite that - the attendants were very helpful with retrieving other sizes. I will say Gap had exactly what I was out shopping for today.”

“Was a great experience customer service woman was fantastic help me out with my expired Kohl's cash. Very friendly staff they should be paid more. I saw many staff members running around the store and dealing with multiple issues. Kohl's management does not put enough people on the floor it's amazing within the past few years how diminished the amount of employees are in the stores. Corporate CEO makes sick money and the people working the floor make next to nothing and then they pushed these credit cards on people way too much. I've even seen them push it on employees I hate to say it. But the experience you'll get shopping in this Kohl's is a good one all things desire clean bright wallet organized and friendly staff.”
