“Amazing service. The crystal lake location outright refused to give me the newer model router even though I explained I’ve been having issues for a while. Called this location and they said they’d swap it out no problem. I was in and out in 5 minutes after wasting 30+ minutes at the crystal lake store. 5 star service.”
