“This is my go to FedEx place for returns and printing and such. The two gentlemen that are usually up at the front are so helpful never a long wait and in and out!”
“I’m not sure who manages this location or who is responsible for training the team, but one thing I can say with complete confidence:
I visited during what seemed to be peak hours—around 5:30 PM—when the place was very busy. Despite that, the line moved almost immediately, and the entire team operated with remarkable efficiency.
What stood out even more was the professionalism combined with a genuinely friendly and welcoming attitude—something that, unfortunately, is not always common these days.
My sincere congratulations to everyone working there, especially the young team members. You are doing an outstanding job.”
“staff is friendly and helpful, i hope they will install automatic doors so we can easily bring our large parcel inside and take back our stuff without any hassle”
