If you can't find it in store, go online, and there is a huge selection to choose from that the store can't even hold. Yes, some items can be pricey, but the quality is great and will last you. They also always have promotions and sales happening. Don't forget to join their rewards club and download their app!”
“I was there a couple days ago. Great selection of items, store was clean and organized. However, the best part of it was the young lady Madison! She was super helpful, patient with me over the phone and then also during my shopping visit. She had a warm smile, great disposition and just so sweet! “Nothing truly wrong with the establishment. It’s just a ton of walking and there’s tight aisles. Make sure to keep up with the sales (only time it’s worth the shop) they just had 50% off clearance items which was pretty cool and a couple months ago they were handing out free kohls cash”

“Lina, Sierra and Kaylee went above & beyond to help my daughter and I with our most recent visit. They helped with finding me jeans, gave styling advice, & found the perfect matching earrings (to name a few). My daughter was having a diabetic low and had to sit for a while which made us run late for getting out of the store by closing time but the girls were understanding and didn’t rush us and ended up staying late so that we could finish our shopping spree! We greatly appreciate their kindness and being so helpful. We will definitely be returning! Thank you, ladies!”

I went in just to get a purse for my friend and ended up coming back to get a wallet for my husband along with two pairs of boots, a purse and a wallet for myself. “My husband and I went out Friday night and shopped for 3 hours to get an outfit for my mom's funeral. It was such a disappointment, as nothing looked good. I suggested Chico's Saturday morning and I was not disappointed. I asked Carol to help me. She picked out a few things for me to try on and within 30 minutes I had what I needed. “I ordered a shirt online I went to pick it up I have a Mobility Scooter so I had to wait till I can get my mobility scooter and someone to go with me to get it off the trailer to go in to pick up the shirt because they really no longer do the sidewalk pick up which to me is sad because I am disabled and or on the phone”
