“Robby was an amazing help to my husband and myself. We came into the store, picked up our new phones, got them all set up, transferred and taken care of with no issues. There were a few customers to come in during the process, Robby being the only employee on site handled them as best he could while getting our phones transferred over. Definitely happy with our visit, the customer service received and of course our new phones!”

“Ok so the company itself isn't always deserving of this rating but the service at this particular store in Greenwood today was excellent. James helped me setup a new line on my account using an existing phone. He was friendly and engaging while we completed the paperwork and really patient explaining to me the final price as I misunderstood twice what the new total would be. The only caveat is next time if I need to go to the store I'll make an appointment. Didn't know I could do that and was lucky my wait was only 10 minutes or so.”

“Workers at this store are the best at customer service! Very polite and professional, but t-mobil is by far the worst cell phone carrier I've ever had. 3 phones billed to my account from a t mobile call center, a "free " watch that was junk and still paying for, a tablet on my bill i never had in the 1st place, monthly bill that is everywhere and call in customer service that is just rude and sub par, ill be leaving as soon as possible”

He called before he came and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had to re-splice our cable but he was quick and had our service back up and running quickly.”

He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with calm he also helped me with all the time and shown great patience while I was working with my current carriers to get the details to port in my mobiles.
