“I came in at 12:30 on a saturday- they close at 1:00 p.m. and got everything squared away pretty fast. I had a small package to send less than 5 lb and sent it 3-day shipping for $15 to Boston. The attendant was nice and willing to explain the difference in shipping types. If you are coming to send a box, make sure that you tape it up in advance, otherwise you'll need to buy tape there in the store for a couple dollars”

“This Post Office is fine. The Postal Service workers are competent and professional. Any delays to packages are usually because the package is delayed in the Indianapolis USPS hub that the 75th Postmaster General initiated to “increase efficiency” but it has done the exact opposite. People can’t do more with less, and defunding this quintessential American service (USPS) is criminal.”

“The people that work at the main street post office are wonderful people it is unusual for a post office to be closed between 1130 and 1230. I will admit that but remember we are in a small town and we’re lucky to have two post offices.”

“I was rushing and forgot to put a stamp on my letter and accidentally put in the mail box at this location. I was freaking out! I ran inside and was pleased to have Ms Erica help me out. She actually called me and told me that she found my letter and she put a stamp on it for me. I really appreciate the dedication and care. Thank you Ms Erica again :)”

“I have been going to this post office for 13 years & have never had any problems. They always give me all my shipping options & offer extra insurance, always ask if I need postage stamps or extra services. I've witness them going out of their way to please people who are having a less than desirable day & pushing their bad mood on the postal workers. I feel they deserve every one of these five stars.”

“Best post office on the south side. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and there usually isn’t ever a line when I go in. If there is a long line, they get through pretty quickly and still maintain their friendly dispositions which is nice. Any other post office on the south side is guaranteed to have a mile long line and grumpy staff. Stick with the BG post office!”
