“Visited Saturday 6/27/26 to return an Amazon package. Walked in around 930 am and 2 people ahead of me-a lady at the counter and a gentleman waiting. One worker was helping the lady and the other was searching for help with an issue and was experiencing problems. The co worker stopped to assist them and I felt like wow I'll be here a while. I noticed the self service kiosk and decided to try it. I've seen people using it and they had issues so I was hesitant. It's very straightforward- scan your barcode or QR code, answer the questions, bag your item, print the label and apply to the bag. The label also has the name of the color of the return bin printed in bold letters. Once you're finished place in THAT bin. This was the best thing UPS could have added! The gentleman was STILL waiting and after he saw how quick the kiosk worked, he used it. I will be using the kiosk more often. Just a note for management to remind the staff to suggest the kiosk when they are helping customers and it's taking longer than expected.”
“I had a Walmart load. The bills say Walmart, but the delivery is actually at Americold. I passed it without realizing it. A mile past Americold, there is a roundabout on Arlington Ave. So it's easy to turn around if you miss it. The road is semi-residential.”

“This was inside office depot. The young lady in the back was very helpful. It was my first time shipping something from eBay, so she was able to get the label to print it out. So she was very helpful. Very understanding. Really appreciate our help.”
“I went there couple of times for ptoduct return. I could get out within 10 minutes. Efficient service. Check whether your returned profuct to be kept in a box. You can use old boxes at home.”

I went to the restroom and when I came out it was ready and waiting for me. I told him I was shocked it was that fast. I will probably be back tomorrow! “I was surprised when Google maps took me to a CVS store when I put in UPS store. But, my GPS was correct.
I went in and asked the first employee I saw and she said that they do have a UPS drop off there and she took care of everything for me. Quick and easy.
It's good to know that I can use that CVS store for UPS. It's a win.”

I like that there is an office supply store in the Glendale area because the other options are far north or west and I prefer not to have to deal with the traffic in the Castleton area or Michigan Road area. Unfortunately, there are no options east.”

“So rather confusing if you are attempting to use Google Maps to find this location it is actually inside of the Walgreens as well as it is not open until 11:00 p.m. it closes at 10:00 p.m. so the notification settings on my Google Maps at least was wrong hope this is helpful to someone else”
