Great selection of items, wide snack selection, textbooks aren’t available to look at in person, but you easily order them online according to your class schedule, and there’s a general reading section with good picks! Excellent service from friendly staff who are eager to help!”
“Bathrooms were meh, but the rest of the place was super nice and clean. The Stanley cup wall was freightingly beautiful. If an earthquake happened, and I was standing next to that wall, I would have 43 concussions and possibly death. Overall, it was fine. Got a good deal on a compression bag.”

“Amazing small business! I highly recommend checking them out for any kind of custom tshirts or apparel. I had an idea for an engagement gift family tshirt and they helped me make it happen in a very short amount of time. The process was clearly communicated, prices were very fair, everything was finished on time, and the customer service representative seemed to be as excited about my idea as I was. I was very happy with the entire transaction and everyone loved the quality of my shirts when I gave them out. Everything has made it through several washings already too. Custom shirts are easy to order online, but you will be happily surprised at the quality and customer service you receive if you do this instead. I will definitely buy more gifts from them in the future.”

“I looked everywhere for the Grape Jordans for my partner's Birthday. I called every footlocker in the surrounding states of Kentucky because I live and am from Louisville, KY. I found a pair size 10.5 when I made the 26th call in Bloomington, IN. Caleb W. held the Grape Jordans for me and stayed open until 7:11pm when they close at 7:00pm so I could drive 3 hours for the shoes!!!! He was so professional, loves his job and truly cares about his customers. He deserves a rise and a promotion!!! I am a general manager of a fine dinning restaurant in Louisville, KY and I understand customer service and it is hard to find great people to work for you!! I’m editing this review so readers understand how awesome this store is. I bring in my dog for a treat nearly every day. If it’s 5:30 pm and I haven’t taken her yet, she screams at me. And even though she’s 12 years old she runs the entire way there.
JL Waters is a staple of downtown Bloomington. Even if you’re not an outdoor adventurer, it’s nice to come in and browse for a few minutes and chat with the staff. I also got my cold weather accessories here, like hats, socks, neck gaiters, and gloves.”
