“I will miss T-Mobile but for now I have to sacrifice. I went in to pay off my phone and Gina helped me. She was so nice and I know she was there all day because my sister went in the morning & had her as well. Gina was super helpful to us both and did not give us a hard time for leaving. Makes you want to come back because the service has always been great! Online and in person.”

Zion was really helpful when I wanted a Pixel phone but had no means to find out what store I could find one at. I had to wait for a ride and felt very welcomed. “Alex at the 86th street store is AWESOME! He went above and beyond trying to get our address fixed in the system. Got internet and tv but ended up canceling the tv service the next day because it was crazy slow and don't like the guide. Went back to YouTube tv but kept xfinity internet. Give the guy a raise, he's great on customer service! Downright good human too, he was feeding the homeless on Christmas day.”

“Ask to have Brian help you. It seems the staff is generally new to xfinity. Brian helped a few of them while setting me up w/mobile service. Brian is busy as he didn't return my 2 phone calls for his help before visiting in person. Brian's been there 3 years and has complete knowledge of how the service works. He will tell you the complete downside to the different options that the sales force is trained to be vague on, which you will discover after signing up ... typical of today's service industries. Thanks Brian.”
