“I have been renting monthly/weekly from Enterprise for the last almost 2 years and this branch is hands down the best. Emma, Sophia and Lucas are the nicest employees. I work in senior care and would occasional bring one of my residents with me when I returned the car. They welcomed my resident in and engaged them in conversation as well. They went above and beyond their roles! I recently stopped needing to rent vehicles and will seeing saying hi to them. Truly 10/10 branch and people.”

“I have rented cars frequently over the last year, so I can safely say that my best experiences have been with Enterprise. In addition to getting a superior car each time, I've gotten superior customer service. When you are in a hurry, or tired from traveling, or anxious about a new place, nothing is more reassuring than friendly, sincerely helpful personnel as you pick up and return a vehicle. Enterprise must take special care to select and train its people to believe in good service and making customers feel valued.”
“I was going to rate much lower because I rented a car from them that was supposed to be 4wheel drive but it wasn't. We didn't realize that it wasn't 4wheel drive until we had the car out in Breckenridge and it snowed 10 inches and we got stuck. They ended up giving us a refund and two free days rental so my rating definitely improved. I took one star away because hopefully they will better train employees to know which cars are 4wheel drive in the future.”
“This Enterprise has the best customer service but you almost don’t need to worry about that because they are so kind, professional and efficient! I’ve rented all over the country for work and will easily say this is one of the top ones I have rented from. I will actually drive or Uber here than 3 other locations closer to me because they are excellent. On time, organized, and very rational about unique situations. Really great group of employees here. I have rented from here over 5 times since moving here and it’s been consistent, sorry it took so long for me to post this!”

“After 10 years of driving I got into my very first car accident. Finding a repair shop with availability and getting everything sorted out with insurance is a very overwhelming experience. Enterprise made getting a rental very simple and easy. I called a couple days in advance to set up my reservation. They made the process so simple. I arrived to Enterprise on Market. The pick up process was maybe 15 minutes and then the drop off process was probably 10 minutes. They're efficiency and customer service is top notch. Thank you Nora, Carson, Kinley and Paul for your amazing service. I would 100% recommend Enterprise on Market St.”

They picked me up even though the service wasn't REALLY offered at this site, when I had to change my pickup spot it wasn't a big deal, AND when I purchased a new vehicle Enterprise picked up my rental at the dealership.”
“I was in Indianapolis to pick up my daughter and granddaughter who were involved in a head on collision. Renting a car at this AVIS location, was not optimal given the parking garage was under construction and wasn't a very easy place to get in and out. Dee Dee was wonderful though, at the counter making our experience as easy and she could.”

“This Budget is within a public parking garage (the one labeled Claypool Court), so it was a bit difficult to find. Can't tell if there is an actual office or not. I was returning my car, so I got the ticket on entering the parking garage and as I was driving up, saw a few spots on the left labelled "Budget" with a guy waiting.Once I found it, drop off was easy! The employee even helped point me in the right direction to walk to my hotel.”
“I needed the car the day after the Farm Aid concert. I was able to pick up the car close to my hotel. The rental office was scrambling with high volume plus their computers weren't working properly. Even so the Budget and Avis persons worked together. I had a car in a timely manner. It was a larger vehicle than I had ordered yet I was given the same price. It was a beautiful, new, white Ford Explorer. I was confused at drop off and didn't turn in paperwork. A call reassured me all would be well. And today I got my deposit back. I had also used AMX deal to get an additional refund.I'm happy.”

“This was the only place in town I could get a one way rental for a business trip. I had never rented from Avis before, so this was a new experience. I accidentally canceled my reservation 2 days before but called customer service and they reinstated my reservation immediately (thank god). I arrived and received my car right away, but it smelled like smoke…not enough for me to complain but I’ve never experienced a car with that issue with Enterprise or National.”
“I was pleasantly surprised at the rental experience. Having filled so much information out on live the pickup went quickly. The counter person was great and handled all of my questions. The only negative was the office it's self. Dirty floors, windows and doors. The ceiling tiles were stained and I was hesitant to use the restrooms. If they upgraded that it would be perfect.”

“Just one month ago, i had a terrible experience with this location and company overall. Today, I find it only fair to come back and comment on my most recent experience. Let me say, communication is key and had they communicated one month ago the review would not have been so bad. BRANDON on Keystone was wonderful and professional. I had fears of a repeat experience BUT this one was perfect. Apparently Budget has had some challenges with theft and vandalism, I'm sure there are staffing issues as everyone has had. Im pleased to say this latest rental was the way they all should be”
“The Noblesville Budget dealer is great. I have had to get 3 rentals in the last 3 months, do to a delay in car repair. My three vehicles from here were very nice and clean. The employee working with me was kind and very helpful. Could not have been an easier way to do business.I would recommend this facility to anyone.”

“We felt adventurous and signed up for a discovery flight! What a NEAT experience. Staff is incredibly friendly (not to mention knowledgeable) I had no worries hopping into that plane with them. A short trip in the air and they even let you take control and fly for a bit on your own! (they have full control with their " wheel " of course for obvious reasons).
