“Fleet Feet Carmel/Westfield is one of those places you actually enjoy stopping into. They always have the newest running and fitness shoes, plus some really unique apparel you don’t see in big box stores.
Shoes - From go to running brands like Brooks, On, Hoka, Saucony, NB to unique new ones - this is a store geared toward those who value the right fit - for the activity (walking, HIIT, running, sprinting, trail, long distance road running etc. )
Apparel - Same - you’ll see similar brands you’d find at sporting stores but here it helps clear the chaos and gear is more sport focused / not a million long sleeves but long sleeves designed for runners, walkers, etc - same with vests, hoodies, shorts, socks. You don’t have to sift through to find what works for outdoor cold walks/runs - they have found it and that’s what they stock. :)
The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful— they will help FIT you based on stride , foot shape, etc. whether you’re trying to find the right fit or just looking for something to make workouts more comfortable. They’ve also got great accessories for stretching, recovery, and staying on top of fitness trends. It’s a spot that feels personal, local, and up to date all at once.”
“Fantastic skate shop. Went in for my first ever board, with no prior knowledge or know-how. Aaron took me through the whole process, explaining what everything was for and giving me lots of choices to make the board feel truly personal for me. Left with a great board, a big smile, and excited to go skate. Prices are very fair, and though this was a more expensive venture than I initially thought, the service and quality of board I received more than justify the cost. I'm excited to go back for my next one!”

“Support local!!Had a great experience today, my one year old will tell another story! ?I took him in to get sized for his first pair of Stride Rites. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and directed to the kid section.The very nice gentleman had us measured, helped us get the shoes on, was patient when my child had a meltdown, and checked out all in 20 minutes! It was quick and painless, and not rushed!Great customer service, and tips on how to put the shoe on and explained the return/exchange policy.We found our go to shoe store and will be recommending to family and friends!”

“I own a pair of handmade custom work boots. I’ve had lots of foot problems and these boots were life changing for me. I recently needed the first repairs to be made on them and I chose Gino’s. I am so thankful for Gino! He is a consummate professional, VERY personable and easy to talk to, and in my opinion he is cut from the cloth of the classic cobbler. Gino told me my boots would be ready in one week and they were! Not only that but I had expected to pay about 50% more than what I did. I got tired of buying cheap goods repeatedly every year or two so I saved up my money and spent $700 on these work boots. I also own a pair of calfskin brogues from England and I can’t wait to wear the soles down so I can bring them to Gino!”
“I’ve both shopped and sold here. Both experiences were great. The prices are pretty good for the quality you get. I don’t feel any price gouging when I’m here. They are discerning about what they take, but I have no trouble finding cool items when I’m there. I usually look for unique hoodies when thrifting.
In terms of selling, the cash back is also good. I didn’t really know what to expect, but overall the amount received was worth it to me. I was able to drop off the clothes, run my other errands and pick up my offering.
I don’t know the staff members by name, but I just want to say the entire staff is attentive, organized, and polite. For a newer store, you all are doing great! I look forward to seeing you all soon!”
“My husband was needing a suit for son’s wedding and he is a tall man. We had been to a few popular chain stores and were not able to get anything to fit him. It was suggested that we go to Al’s and check there and since we were out of town looking decided to at least try. Al’s was able to help and got him taken care of great customer service and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Family business and amazing service and good price thank you so much”
“I decided to come to this store because all of the great reviews it has. I was amazed at the great service I received by Jeannie and how she treated me like we were old friends I just met her and she was a breath of fresh air we ordered a couple pieces because she didn’t have what I needed in stock and I was excited the pieces fit perfect we knew I would return one piece because of ordering 2 but she was so kind and understanding but yesterday when returning it she greeted me happy cheerful knowing I was there to make a return she was concerned when I told her we ordered the wrong bottoms we ordered a textured bottom instead of the just black ones the other manager was trying to help us knowing I was leaving soon and asked the lady behind the counter if we could do anything to expedite it that’s when she rudely said I’m a district manager and I can’t give something away for free call customer service I made the comment that I didn’t expect anything. Truth is the managers were trying to take care of the customer
She then made a comment to Jeannie about scanning a ticket to make sure we don’t mess up and order the wrong thing cost they didn’t have it in stock the reason Jeannie ordered the wrong bottoms is because I said that’s what I wanted when I saw it on the computer she gave me multiple options it was my mistake but to take it to the extreme of making her look bad in front of customers was unacceptable as far as I am concerned Jeannie and the other manager I believe her name was Penny deserve more then 5 starts for not letting that rude disrespectful district manager affect how they handled they’re customers but I would rethink who you have as district managers you will lose great managers and Jeannie didn’t deserve to be disrespected especially in front of customers the district manager deserves a 0 starts review”

“Short and sweet visit to this tidy store near the Fashion Mall. We were on a hunt for some toddler shoes in the clearance section. There were some cute options but not as easy to put on as I'd like. The staff was friendly and the store was well organized. Not a bad option if you're looking for clothes for wee ones. Easy parking and the close proximity to Barnes and Noble doesn't hurt either.”

“Took my son here after a visit to a podiatrist revealed he had flat feet. The podiatrist reccomend this store as a place to get a quality pair of supportive shoes. We were greeted and helped out immediately by one of the kindest employees. He took his time with my son and made sure to explain the scanning process and helped him try on the best type of shoes for his situation. I absolutely reccomend coming here. Quality products and excellent service. We'll be back again soon.”
