“This review is for NORA , a young lady whom in my opinion needs recognition for Boost employ of the year along with a raise or promotion. My Mother has been with Boost for close to 30yrs ... She has 5 lines for $100 mo. Where Boost only offers 4 lines for $120 mo. The 5 lines are Grandfathered in to explain why so cheap. Nevertheless, while here on vacation, my phone broke, and Mother received a text message on her phone stating we could upgrade for $4.99. Now boost made a mistake somewhere and we wasn't able to upgrade at that rate and the rate would turn out to be 170 something dollars.... NORA, what a fabulous young lady even though boost was blocking her from being able to give us a $4.99 upgrade in their screw up she was very professional she was very sweet talking she understood she took my SIM card put it on a poster note communicated with my mother in Florida and tried every way possible to help us. In the end my SIM card to the phone she kept on a post note at the Boost store she gave me her personal cell number and even worked on it on her own time to try and come up with a resolution... Now I understand none of this was her responsibility it was boosts responsibility to fix it. But I found this young lady to have been very professional in going the extra mile for her job when she didn't have to. So thank you Nora may God bless you and your family and I give a five-star rating to the employee Nora and no stars to boost. So in my opinion boost get it right you make the job for your employees harder when it should be made easier what would I like to see come of this I think you should give it young lady a raise she has a kid she has family she's doing what she should be doing while you sit back in an office and do nothing. Thank you, Eddie Okeechobee Florida”

“Always nice and try to help with what they can! I have had a good experience everytime I come! It can be a bit of a wait sometimes but just know when they do sit down to help they don’t rush you and they make sure you understand what’s going on or what they are doing ! I do suggest downloading the T-mobile app if you plan on going here just because they will most likely have you do it anyway so just a heads up But nice people! Very clean!”

“Went to cricket this morning and was in the store for 4 hours listening to this lady twist my words and tell lie after lie. I made a suggestion to her to get though customer service. She repeatedly said no. Everyone that came in the store, she twisted my words and in her own words was telling them why I was there, gossip about almost everyone that left the store. Then she told me why her boss was out ( I will not repeat). Finally after 3 and a half hours of waiting, her boss asked her if she tried using her pin to get to customer service and she said no. This is what I had been asking her to do just to speak to someone and she kept saying no. It literally took her boss to tell her to do it. Then she was muttering remarks under her breath loud enough to hear. In so many words stating that she hopes that I don't have to come back. She was rude lazy and unprofessional, more worried about a lunch break. She also complained a lot. Had she tried what I suggested instead of having to wait until her boss suggested it to her time consuming would have been on her side. No common Sense What So ever. She acts like one of those people that don't like suggestions especially from a customer.Hope you had a good lunch break.”

“I want to recognize a Metro by T-Mobile representative named Mohammed at the Bardstown location who completely turned my experience around. My prior experience in store was not so great but Mohammad was patient, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. He is an asset to Metro by Tmobile and will definitely make a huge difference in customer care and satisfaction at the Bardstown, KY location. What really stood out was that he stayed after the store had closed just to make sure all of my data transferred properly to my new device — he didn't have to do this, but he made sure I wasn't left with a half-finished setup. It's rare to get this level of care, and it made a real difference. If you're looking for a rep who treats customers right, ask for Mohammad. Five stars, well earned!!!”
