“I live in between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne and visit both DXL stores regularly. While the Indy store is bigger, I enjoy the Fort Wayne store visits more because of the great customer service. Tiffany is amazing at her job and brings a level of genuine care that is sorely missing in retail these days. Once she understands what I’m looking for she always delivers time and time again with constructive ideas and honest fashion sense.”

“I love this store! They have all really great camping and adventure gear/clothes. Huge selection of freeze dried meals for super cheap. All clothes have original price and I have fact checked a lot and it was accurate and their sell price is massively discounted. Worth your time if you go camping or hiking. I love this store and wish I worked here. Lol”

I want to give a big thank you to John in the service department. He was extremely quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the moment he stepped in, he made sure everything was handled efficiently and treated the situation like it actually mattered. It’s rare to run into someone who clearly cares about doing their job well and helping customers, and John absolutely did that.
Unfortunately, the experience before John stepped in was the complete opposite. Mark seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. He ignored the situation and didn’t notice or respond to people needing assistance. It was frustrating standing there while someone who is supposed to be helping customers acted like we weren’t even there.
If it wasn’t for John stepping up and actually doing his job well, this would have been a very negative experience overall. He saved the situation and deserves recognition for the way he handles customers.”

“Kohl's has always been one of my favorite stores to shop at because the prices are great (nice discounts), the store is always clean, amazing clothes, and the employees are so welcoming. I came in yesterday and I especially wanted to give a shoutout to Ashley S because she has helped me several times I've come in, and every single visit she has been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She always has the biggest smile and makes every customer feel welcome. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people, and it makes the shopping experience so much better. Kohl's you really hired an amazing worker, and she deserves to be recognized for how hard she works and how positive she is every time I see her. Great customer service like this is one of the many reasons I'll keep coming back.”

“Ethan is the Best ! He always goes over and above for me and my wife. He also takes amazing care of my kids when they need to smell and look fabulous. The Buckle needs more like him! Also Taryn went above and beyond to get tags off and us rang up. My daughter said it’s her new store. She said Daddy Taryn was so kind and she took care of my every need. I felt like a Kardashian.
