There are some basics for the less adventurous but I leaned into my server's expertise and it did not disappoint. She gave me a few recommendations with her own favorite twists and I'm genuinely so glad I listened to her. Bonus: all the desserts are made in-house. The dining area is open yet so intimate at the same time. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

215 S Main St, FortvilleWe made a reservation for an office Team Dinner on a Wednesday night for 8 people based on a friend's recommendation. The entire experience was delightful. The square 8-top was perfect for conversation, the menus were surprising and fun. (Caviar and champagne service in small town Indiana? Awesome.) The food and drinks were delicious. Shout out for the bone marrow fries and goat cheese spread. The steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and every dish was thoroughly enjoyed. The menu was simple and one page aside from their specials, my only suggestion might be to add more thorough descriptions on the dishes. We asked a lot of questions to discern ingredients. The waitress was delightful through the whole experience, and we even threw a curveball at the end asking for a dessert with a birthday candle. She was attentive and well-versed in the menu and and details. It a was wonderful evening honoring our employees, and I will be back when I return to the area.
