There is usually no wait or just a short wait.I was unaware that Franklin took over delivery, but I have noticed some issues with delivery lately. We get mail that should be delivered to other people, our neighbors are also getting the wrong mail.”

“I visited this post office on July 15, and I just want to say how grateful I am for the wonderful experience I had. To be honest, I was a little nervous to go because my first experience (at a different post office) had been very, very negative. So this time, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
But everything turned out completely different—in the best way. Karen, the woman who helped me, was incredibly kind and patient. No matter what I asked, she took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the whole process so much easier and stress-free.
I honestly don’t have enough words to thank her. People like Karen make a big difference.”
