“I went to make a change on my Verizon cell phone plan that I had tried to do with Verizon over the phone but wasn’t able to get it figured out. I decided to attempt it in person and I’m so glad that I did. Jose was the employee who helped me after an expected wait because it was late in the day after work hours. I learned so much from him about plan options and possibility of getting a new phone, which I decided to do. Things took longer than anticipated because of transferring old phone information to a new phone and Jose stayed even past closing time to make sure everything was accomplished as it needed to be. I have been back there twice since then with questions, nothing on his end, but situations with my phone and some other issues and he was always incredibly gracious and welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this store highly. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and I would say this experience was the best I have ever had with this company.”
