“I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop by the store to browse. I was quickly greeted by Mr. Peyton, who offered assistance and helped me find a great pair of jeans. Just as I was about to make a purchase, I received an important message and had to leave unexpectedly.
About an hour later, I returned to the store, and Peyton immediately recognized me and greeted me by name. He had set aside not only the original pair I was interested in, but also two additional options he thought I might like. After trying all three on, I ended up purchasing the two new pairs—both of which my wife really liked.
Peyton’s customer service was outstanding. He was attentive, professional, and showed a genuine interest in helping me find the right fit. His sales approach was both thoughtful and effective. I believe he has a very bright future ahead of him.

“This loft location was clean, well organized, & had a nice dressing room. Selection of clothes was okay, but do feel that the clothes are not as cute as before, but great for work fits. Staff was friendly and this location usually has a decent sale rack.”

“Went to this store looking for a pair of shoes for my daughter. She lost her iPhone while in the store, a team member noticed her phone and put it away for her. We returned later and were able to retrieve her phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! Would definitely returned for another pair of shoes!!!”
