He was polite, and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like I was imposing for asking for help. He is a great Manager for the Schererville location. In comparison to other auto parts stores, quite simply there is no comparison in customer service. Hands down go to O'Reilly's!!”

“Went here while in town to get my iPhone battery replacement. The tech was great and super friendly. When I got back to the store to pick up my phone they told me all went well with the battery however something happened with the screen and there was 1 line of pixels that broke during the battery install. He told me that they had already ordered the new part and it would cost me nothing to replace since they were at fault. He gave me a realistic timeline and followed up after the visit. The twist in the story is that I was in town for a day and would no longer be there when the part was set to arrive! So, I explained this to them and they contacted my local store and worked out a ticket transfer. Once the screen arrived at my store they called me and I went into get the screen replaced. Took Less time than they quoted me and they replaced my screen protector as well! Overall, very happy with the customer service and follow up! Highly recommend.”
