“Very friendly and kind assistant manager of the branch and a teller with an accent. I didn't catch their names but very helpful ladies. They understood my needs and made it happen. There was a hold on my dad's insurance check from Indiana Farm Bureau whose English language is not so great to communicate with first of all. I have asked the assistant manager at this branch for funds to be released since the stub was provided as well at the North crest location a day before but they didn't want to release the rest, just half of it because the manager there (guy) basically said it was a risk to release it when I called him. This check was not written off of some unfamiliar insurance, then I would understand when it comes to the word "risk". My father waited 30minutes at the North Crest one for the guy manager and teller Ben to tell him that the rest of the hold cannot be released!!! Very disappointing and unprofessional staff at the North Crest one, don't go there!!!!!”

When my current credit union informed my I had to make 15 debut purchases a month instead of 10 I looked at all the credit unions and liked what Partners 1st offered. They provide free checks, free checking, and debit cards with no minimum purchases per month. I also like the round up option you can opt in where they round all checks and debit card transactions up to the even dollar and put the extra change in your savings account. Checking account balancing is easier and you have extra savings - a great concept.There is a friendly atmosphere and the people take the time to make sure you are satisfied. If your banking institution is treating you like a number, give Partners 1st a try.”

“I have always had the greatest service. Every time I've been to the lobby someone has created me to make sure that anything I needed taken care of there was someone there available to help. There are two drive-up ATMs in the plaza parking lot and there is a third ATM inside the lobby during business hours. Customer service is always been good with cashier's checks money orders. I have even had notaries and photocopies done for me.”
