“We visited on July 30 were looking for MTG cards. The cashier, I can’t remember his name but he had long dark hair with a mask, was beyond helpful!! He suggested cards for us based on our commanders and decks, showed us how to use a MTG card search engine, and used a very organized system to retrieve the cards. My husband and I were able to add new cards to our treefolk and pegasus decks. Other customers came in while we were there and the cashier was very attentive to their questions while still helping us. Amazing customer service! We are very happy with this experience! If we lived closer to Indy, we would be going here all the time! We will definitely return when we visit next.”

“The staff here is always friendly, always welcoming, and knows their product lines really well. They have a respectable selection of board games and card games here, with most of the more popular hobbyist games in stock. 40k, AOS, and Battletech are well represented too. Hands down though, Saltire’s selection of RPG books is the biggest and most varied in Indy. Major publishers are there of course, but the mid sized publishers are there too, and a ton of small indie games. You cannot get half of these books anywhere else in town.”

“I love to order from Happy Hen Toys because of the wide selection of high quality figurines offered. My son is autistic and loves the brands they carry because they are perfected down to the finest details. These brands are generally more expensive because of the quality but Happy Hen Toys does price competitively with quick shipping. They also put a lot of care into packaging these items. On one of my orders, a package was lost in transit; I notified customer service to see how we could resolve the problem and was immediately shipped another package without even having to ask. “Love this store! Quality items, just wish they were not so pricey, they do have sales and markdowns once in a while. But they are more expensive than Target, Walmart or Amazon. They do have things you cant buy at other stores so if you are looking for classroom sets or unique items for learning they probably have it. They also have a giant laminater and cutter on site.”

“It's been a long time since I've been to a Disney store. I wish they had more around. Greenwood and Circle Center stores have been closed for a long time. It's the closest thing to being at a Disney Park without being at a Disney Park. The music puts you in the "I want to go to Disney" mood! I love Mary Poppins and that's what I was after! I found a cute coffee cup from the new movie "Mary Poppins Returns." The staff were friendly and nice. All ages were in the store. It's not just for kids. I always enjoy this store!”

“OMG!! Claires is one of nicest store I've ever walked into. The customer service was excellent clean, and the staff was friendly. They even give you a basket so you don't have to carry multiple items at once. The only issue was that it felt a bit cramped (I know that's not the employees fault). I got my ear pierced and they went over all the procedures and were very patient with me. Overall great experience would definelty bring my nieces and nephews next time, very child friendly!”
