Quality is not good on most of the things I have ordered. Customer service is hard to get a hold of and very lacking in responses. And “easy” returns have been anything but easy. As a result, they’ve lost my business.

I ordered two sets for espresso mugs. I received one set of espresso mugs and one pillow. I called customer service. They were very nice, polite, and helpful and guided me through the exchange process very efficiently.
