“Zac and his team are rock stars! I experienced a billing problem dating back to December 2023. Zac went beyond the call of duty to rectify the situation. He reached out to corporate, his regional manager, made copious notes to the file, and patiently dealt with my frustration. The matter was finally resolved. Problems may arise from time to time with businesses. I focus more on how the problems are taken care of. Zac did a yeoman's job. His customer service skills are impeccable. I hope he is being compensated appropriately!”
“I recently visited this location for the first time and was impressed! When I walked in I was instantly greeted and helped quickly! I came in with an amount I didn’t want to go over and the staff was very respectful and helped tremendously! The staff made me feel comfortable with my purchases, I actually left with a better deal than what I thought! I highly recommend this location!”

She was so nice and I know she was there all day because my sister went in the morning & had her as well. Gina was super helpful to us both and did not give us a hard time for leaving. “We have the TDS Fiber at our house. We are getting a solid 300 mbps. It is the fastest internet we ever had. The TV service is great as well. Our bill is the same every month. Love it!”
“Had a terrible reason for having to travel so far, but once I explained why I was there Travis was the most helpful person to guide me through the awful circumstances I've ever had and I've been a loyal customer for,17 years and was lied to via telephone support but Travis did his absolute best to try to sort it out. Made an appointment which I highly recommend you do. Not overcrowded like most other locations and original person was very friendly and was also shocked by the reason I was there. Once my issue was resolved it took two hours plus some and still upset about being lied to from their support center and they should be ashamed of themselves for letting their own people do what they did to me over the phone. But still I have no reason to give the actual store anything but the best reviews. Thank you Travis for dealing with such a mess”
