“Ask to have Brian help you. It seems the staff is generally new to xfinity. Brian helped a few of them while setting me up w/mobile service. Brian is busy as he didn't return my 2 phone calls for his help before visiting in person. Brian's been there 3 years and has complete knowledge of how the service works. He will tell you the complete downside to the different options that the sales force is trained to be vague on, which you will discover after signing up ... typical of today's service industries. Thanks Brian.”
