“I have severe flat feet and I wear orthotics. I have been wearing High Top shoes for the ankle support. I thought I would always have to wear high top or mid ankle support shoes which are not flattering in summer clothes and they make your feet hot. The Salesperson at Silcotts explained that the ankle pain is from not having support on the base of the shoe the heel area. I must admit I was not feeling confident what he was telling me because how can a standard height shoe support my ankles? He fit me with a Brook shoe that has good stability. The salesperson also explained if for some reason I get any discomfort they are able to use their tools to stretch and help customize the shoe. I was a little hesitant to give a review so quickly since I have only had the shoes for a few days but I have been wearing them indoors and I have not had any pain! Thank you Silcotts and the great customer service we received.”
“What an improvement from the previous owner. Nancy is fantastic! The store has great organization, lovely well maintained items to choose from, great variety. My favorite experience… Nancy had the time to help me choose a dress for my son’s wedding. I felt like I had a personal shopper! Best shopping experience ever!”

Jaylon is an extraordinary employee‼️‼️ This young man not only not only took care of me, he has a wealth of knowledge for his store and products! I was so impressed with him that I ended up shopping with joy as he anticipated my needs, going above and beyond the call of duty in a spirit of excellence‼️
