“What a delightful place! We came in on a weekday and the pace was relaxed and festive (with beautiful Polish Christmas items for sale), lusciously-scented (reminding me of European restaurants or kitchens), immaculately clean, with kind and gracious staff. We just browsed around, picking a poppy seed loaf (not as sweet as those made by American bakeries, but rich, substantial, perfect for coffee) and a marzipan to take home. And speaking of coffee, next to the beautiful deli is a corner with coffee and cookies for customers. Wandering the aisles was a treat, too. While a lot of the items are in Polish, the labels also have English translation. Such a fantastic array off ingredients and goodies! I'll have to come back to truly grocery shop here. In our culture of cookie-cutter franchises, Carpathia offers us another beautiful option. I'm grateful to have such a grocery story/deli in our area and wish them the very best!”

“Kind staff, good eats, very organized. Wish I knew Serbian but most of their items have great translations for those who speak/read other languages. They also have a good selection of non-edible items.”

“I love this store! Sometimes you have to be careful with the produce because it doesn't last too long once you get it home but the prices are great the people are great and they have a very good selection. We shop there all the time.”

“Stopped in and purchased some shrimp. I did not catch the gentlemen‘s name that assisted me. He was very helpful although the shrimp that was on display none of which were from the United States. When I inquired about it, he actually pulled out some shrimp from the back that were from the US and on sale! Store is very clean. Staff is very nice and friendly 10 out of 10 highly recommend!”

“It has been about a year and a half since I shopped at this Strack. Today, I only shopped here because I forgot a few items from Meijer. The flowers are still mostly dead. The flower arrangements are not very nice. Very expensive to what they look like with a cheap vase. Why do they all have lily's also? Lily's give us allergies. Either way, I know how to make things work, and so I made my own flower arrangement. I was looking for Supremo brands, and a lady forgot to get her name helped me. This lady was so my kind of person. We laughed together as we talked about why we liked the Supremo brand better. She was restocking the Supremo cheese, and she stopped what she was doing to say hi and asked if there was anything she could help me find. I appreciate that as I really was in a hurry. I usually like to take my time shopping, but as I said , I already had groceries in my vehicle. Loved our lil chat! As I rushed to check out, the shortest line to check out was Angela's. This cashier Angela was super sweet. Greeted us and reminded me to put in my rewards number to get my discount. Loved! So, just based on today's speedy visit I would recommend shopping here. Will be back. Hopefully, the flowers are alive.”

“Found out that this store is under new management, but I can tell that they must be short staffed because only one worker named Bobby was in and looked to be going back and forth stocking and checking out customers, for once when I was asked for help and was not only just pointed to the right direction but was lead to it! BIG difference in customer service by far, most workers seem to be there to collect a check and go home, and are just down right rude for the most part, I hope they keep this young man and give him a raise for all his hard work! I will definitely []coming back, Bobby was extremely professional and kind, hope he stays so maybe the store wont be closed again during business hours”

“It was the fastest I have shopped. Employees everywhere, willing to help find my list items. I was in and out! Self check out was not crazy like most Walmart. The lady was ready to fix my double scans without getting mad at me. Lol Everything was clean and organized. The floor by the food was stinky but I'm sure they will fix that before someone complains.”
