“I took my grandson’s Timex watch in to a jeweler in Mooresville to have the back put back on after he had taken it off to replace the battery. They quoted me a fee of $15.00 and said to pick the watch up the next day. When I didn’t hear from them I called to see if the watch was ready and was told that he couldn’t get the back on the watch, to come and pick it up. I googled jewelers near me and found Mason’s Jewelry Store in Plainfield. I took it to them and the lady said that she’d put the back on while I waited and there would not be a charge. I was very impressed with her professionalism, expertise, friendliness and kindness. She put the back on the watch and set the time and date all within a few minutes. I highly recommend this store.”
“After a TRUE NIGHTMARE of a time with an online jeweler who had me less than three weeks out of proposal and no ring, I went to Helzberg and Genia was truly A MIRACLE WORKER.
She took her time helping me find a ring I knew my partner would love, looked at pictures I had from the original idea, helped me look at at least ten rings before I went back to the original selection she had originally offered.
Genia then helped me get the diamond sized and ready within days.

A few hours later I got a text from letting me know that she ordered it for me. I went today to pick it up. All the employees that work there are just great at understanding having a conversation and it’s making you feel comfortable. If you need any kind of watch / jewelry this is a great family owned business to support. Her dad is one of the sweetest/nicest man you’ll meet.”

“amending a review of the previous location to fit the new. First congratulations to Brit and family on the new location. it is beautiful. unfortunately, the new location being 30 minutes from me means my patronage will be significantly less frequent. seems to be a higher focus on goods than crystals upon walking in the store (could be contributed to the loss and I will give this time). I will say also as beautiful as the space is the lighting makes it hard to see some of the pieces. i found myself walking to the garage doors to check for rainbows. I truly hope the north side blesses you and frequents the store. we will miss you being a regular part of our weekly routine but will make the trip as we are able”
