Someone backed into my car so brought it in to be fixed, I expected them to fixed the small area and be done. They also rotated my tires and detailed the inside of my car which desperately needed it. “I needed a part taken off of our 20 year old truck, and I could not get it off. It was broke and I bought the replacement part. I took it to one place and they wanted to charge me $125.00. I said okay and made the appt, but they could not do it until next week.
Then I stopped by another place to see if they could do it. The guy said that they were too busy and they could not spare anyone to take it off for me.
I then went to Caliber Collision. I spoke with a guy and he was so nice. I showed him what I needed taken off. He said that he could do it for me and if I had the new part they could put it on. I asked him how much it would cost me and he said nothing!
I always like to get at least 3 quotes, and I'm glad I did! They ended up cutting the bolts off because it could not be taken off by hand.
Thank you Caliber Collision for helping a girl out! You guys are awesome! I appreciate the great customer service and you removing the part for me right away.
They saved me $125.00 and it only took them about 10 mins to remove the part.”

“I highly recommend Connan’s in Zionsville. Another motorist’s carelessness resulted in a damaged headlight and from facia of my beloved M2 Comp (an unsecured hitch pin came off another vehicle and struck mine).
Connan’s work was top notch resulted in a flawless repair. The paint matches the rest of the car perfectly and you can’t tell they removed/replaced parts, gaps are even and perfect.
Even more impressive than their remarkable work product was Connan’s customer service. They interfaced with my insurance removed all the hassle for me. Rebecca at the front desk earned special recognition for her quick, knowledgeable and patience communication as he answered my endless questions and concerns.”

“Perfectly met my needs for a flexible, fairly-priced auto shop.
When I started hearing metallic sounds while braking, I found this gem of a shop through google based on reviews and called for a free inspection. As expected, replacement rotors and pads were needed. They quoted me for their standard replacements with labor and then, to my absolute surprise, said I could also bring my own kit in and they could install it for the cost of labor and shop supplies. Many other shops won't allow you to bring your own kit in, yet they buy from the same place you can order from!
A few days later, I was having a premium Power Stop Z23 kit installed for about half of what I was quoted by other shops for their own products of standard quality.
Shoutout to Mike, Todd, and one other who I didn't get his name for being so responsive and accommodating throughout this process. Great people and service! In fact, I'll in there again soon for service on my wife's car.
