“Estes was subcontracted from a company out of Chicago to deliver my generac 18k generator.Was told by people in Chicago that they would contact me and schedule a delivery, this was on a Friday. I mentioned to them on a Monday delivery?At 10:45 am, the driver Jeff called and said he was on his way. This about an hour out! He was very helpful and courteous with the delivery.The only thing that I think should have been done differently. Office didn't call ahead of time too make sure I would be home to unload, especially sence the item weighed almost 500 pounds! Other then that, they did a good job.”

“The people that work at the main street post office are wonderful people it is unusual for a post office to be closed between 1130 and 1230. I will admit that but remember we are in a small town and we’re lucky to have two post offices.”
“I've been using this location for several years now dropping off packages for packaging and shipping. I recently started using this store as a FedEx hold for pickup site as this store is much closer to me than my hospital downtown where most of my parts get delivered.
Hailey is a wonderful addition to the team and always has it together! She heads for my packages as soon as I walk into the door. It's refreshing to see someone in a customer service position that doesn't act brand new every single time you interact with them.
Minus one star for the late morning start time. Kinda odd for a FedEx location to open up at 9 where most open at 7 or earlier.”
