“It's the day after Christmas and the banks are closed and my out-of-state bank can't accept ATM deposits. I call my bank in California and ask what to do, they say find STAR, it's what we do. So I go to Google, find STAR banking then turn on the GPS to find.
And as Christmas miracles happen in books, I find this small bank with charm and good looks. My California contacts we're not correct in their assumptions. The transaction was not as I expected, but was easy and fun and done in a minute or so.
Matt was funny and smart and took care of it all, gave me a chair so I wouldn't fall. Transaction was done I could go home and know I now have a local bank to take care of needs.
In person or online it's so good to have local banking help.”

“Beyond excellent customer service. Whenever you go into a branch you are greeted with kindness that transcends the industry standard. When I needed a cashier check to purchase my car, the bank teller was able to complete the transaction even though I had arrived after the closure of the branch. Whenever I called the customer service line, my concerns were promptly addressed. When I go into a branch location, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have banked with many other financial institutions, and none have matched the standards set by Huntington. If you are lucky enough to live near one of their branch locations, you would be remiss if you chose to bank elsewhere.”
“I recently needed to get old records printed from my bank due to their cutoff for accessing information online. After an unhelpful call with customer support, I decided to visit my local branch. Unfortunately, the manager was out, and the staff there couldn’t provide the correct information I needed. They told me that a manager was available at another branch, so I decided to drive over to see him—and I'm so glad I did!

“Our company does banking with this location. It’s a little out of the way for the drive but we have never had anything negative to say. Always friendly and quick to handle the deposits. It’s getting very quiet in this location though as they took away the tellers at the main desk.”
“So, they have a checking account that has a 3% yield (as I'm typing this) without any requirements for you to use a debit card 20 times a month or something like that other credit unions do. That is better than pretty much anyplace else, unless you use a debit card for all your purchases.I went by on a Saturday morning to open a checking account. The banker had 2 other people waiting and I didn't want to hang around that long, so I planned to come back. Before then I talked to my current bank and they came up with a special rate that made it a better deal not to switch.You probably wouldn't notice the place driving by, but the people were very helpful and the inside of the CU was very nicely done -- I don't know if it was a new location or just recently remodeled. I can't speak to service beyond my brief experience.”

“Had been to this location yesterday and had some late fee on our account which was not mentioned to us. Iara assisted us and did a wonderful job of fixing the issue. She took time and made effort to fix things by going a extra mile. We had made multiple calls to help line and were willing to pay just becuse we were not getting the rite answer. “I’m so glad that Juana answered the phone when I called. She was so very kind. I’m going through a unique situation, and I was crying hysterically when she answered. Having my bank card disabled during a divorce is so very wrong. Her kindness gave me the courage to come into the bank. That is where Christian the extraordinaire took over. It’s so difficult to explain to someone that I have been lied to, scammed, been abused by an entire family. I hope that anyone reading this who is going through something similar will understand and know that kind people still exist.
