I didn't believe anyone could fix it because my grandson caused it. I was at another store and they tried ,but gave up. He assured me from the start he would fix it ,and he did. “Just switch to AT&T from Xfinity, already a good choice. Went to the Whitestown store and worked with Benjamin. Very police and helpful with connecting my new service. The on phone service had everything messed up and Benjamin erased it all and started from scratch. Do not try and open a new account on Chat or by phone. Go to one of stores and hopefully you will get a Benjamin”
“Pillows came very quickly! We slept on this brand of pillows at a hotel while on vacation . They are wonderful! Keep your head cool and no neck pain in the morning. Everyone should have theses pillows on their bed so you feel like your on vacation every day!!!!!”

“Fabio was absolutely amazing! He was professional, had unbelievable listening skills (which in our current world is needed more than ever), and was quick to help me get exactly what I needed!! He was not a pushy salesman, did not try to upsell me, and my interaction with him definitely made the top 3 highlights of my day! One of the reasons his help was invaluable was because he was good (quick) at taking care of the technical details of getting my phone service switched over. “Yesterday I had the best service I have ever experienced from AT&T. The manager, Josh, greeted my mother and I right when we walking and asked Ana M. to take care of phone upgrades. Ana is a rock star! She knew all about the different models the offered and help understand all the ins and outs that come with purchasing a new phone. And she did it all with kindness and a smile.
One of the most special things about the experience there was to see Ana, Josh and Jeremiah (the district manager) work as a team. Each member was willing to ask and answer questions not just for each customer that came in but they also show a willingness to help each other too.
Talk about night and day difference from coming to this store a few years back!
