“My Hobart ace is the best, they have helped us numerous times replacing old pipes and stuff for our older home, most recently the gentleman rebuilt our old water pipe in the basement connecting the water meter, he used what he could of the old pieces and made it new again, the project was a success and no plumber was involved. “We bought a house 11 months ago and it took us the first 6 months to rip out the old and we've spent the last 5 months rebuilding and slowly picking out things we love for our new home. I have spent hours searching the web night after night looking for the perfect hardware to make our home unique, warm and inviting. I finally decided on Wild West Hardware for our barn door pull. After ordering I realized I didn't see anything about screws. I emailed the company late that same night and to my surprise the very next day Mike (the owner!) replied to me. He informed me the screws are definitely included and that our door pull was in powder coating now and would ship soon! That actually surprised me ~ thinking they would just pull it out of a box and ship it ~ now I feel like I'm receiving a special item just for us. 💞 We received our barn door pull the end of last week and got it up this weekend! We both absolutely LOVE it!! Installation took maybe 10 minutes. I want to post a review for several reasons. This company (which I found out is family-owned) has gone above and beyond what I expected. This door pull couldn't be more perfect for the look we wanted! The weight feels solid and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful! They even included two different size screws so we could choose the look we wanted!”

I came in with the confidence of a DIY champion and the actual knowledge of a confused raccoon holding a paint sample. Jolina swooped in like the superhero of aisle confusion, armed with patience, knowledge, and what I can only assume was magical Home Depot wisdom.
She answered every question without making me feel like I should be banned from owning tools. Need help? She knows it. Can’t find it? She already found it. Mentally spiraling over 47 shades of paint? She’s calmer than my therapist.
Home Depot… protect Jolina at all costs. Give this woman a raise, a cape, and possibly her own parking spot.
