“I asked my son the other day if he wanted to move, and he told me that he never wants to move. It made me laugh, because he was so serious, but it warmed my heart to know that he loves it here just as much as I do. It's a safe community, the managers are amazing people who care and have lots of fun activities to build community and relationships with their tenants. I am so blessed to be here. I have nothing bad to say about living here - not one thing.”
“Office and maintenance staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is nice and well maintained. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Overall a great place to live.”
“Kevin, the maintenance guy is so amazing! He always helps my roommates and I out and dosent beat around the bush! I know he has our back and helps whenever he can!”
“The leasing officer candy was super friendly and very informative throughout my tour of the apartment and honestly she really made it so I could see myself living at the ridges apartments for a long time so far since I've moved in the process has been nice I had put in a maintenance request and it got promptly looked at. Overall this first month of me living here has been great.”
“After finally getting settled my girlfriend and I are happy to call this lovely apartment our new home! Big thank you to Lance and his team for helping us answer our questions and showing us around! The maintenance team was also quick to resolve our early issues in a timely notice. Great place!!”
“What I like about Strive Academy is that you’ll learn how to live independently, socialize with your roommates if you’re in a 2,3 or 4 person bedroom. You’ll also have a bedroom key for your room, a key fob for locking the main apartment door from the outside and a trail point pass at building 5 where there are two swimming pools, an indoor track upstairs, a stair master, exercise bikes, treadmills, two basketball gyms and group fitness classes from first semester to second semester. My classmates and I leave from the lobby which is first floor of Campusview Student Housing at 8:30am and arrive class at 8:45am but class starts at 9:00am Monday through Friday but Thursdays we have field trips.”

“We’ve had a great experience with Ironwood Apartments in Altoona. The property is well maintained, the apartments are clean and comfortable, and the overall community has a great feel. The staff has been great- friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The pool and fitness center are really nice. The location is also convenient with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other amenities nearby. Overall, we’ve been very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Ironwood to anyone looking for a nice place to live in the Altoona area.”
