“Well stocked, well organized and clean store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our capacitor in our furnace failed on a Saturday afternoon and it was only 20 degrees outside. I looked online and Ace hardware was the only store in town with the part in stock. I drove across town and this was my first time in the store. The price was extremely fair and I will be back often.”

“A great place to get nearly anything you could need for the farm. The staff is friendly and the store is well stocked. They struggle bit with getting people through the checkout lines and sometimes the staff at checkout is pretty limited, so I just try to make sure I’m not in a hurry when I stop in. Other than that, it’s a great place to get things that are hard to find in other stores because they have a pretty big inventory.”

“I love Johnston ACE Hardware. Their small engine repair shop is excellent. I have my lawn mower and snow blower tuned up here every year. Zach is great to work with for pick-up and delivery and overall customer service. He’s very knowledgeable . One time I couldn’t get my Stihl chain saw started and the gentleman in the back worked on it until it started - all while I was standing there because I needed to use it sooner than later. I also had a couple of screens in my screen doors replaced. Excellent work on those. Every time I walk in the store someone is there to greet me and asks if I need help finding anything. Of course I do! It’s nice to have someone take me right to it rather than wasting my time looking all over the store. One time I broke a specialized screw on an old piece of equipment and Johnston ACE Hardware couldn’t find an exact replacement but was able to come up with something that worked even better than the old one. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this place.”
