“Great experience today. Took my puppy. The manager was warm and welcoming. The manager went above and beyond. She was wonderful at customer service and my puppy. My puppy loves the store but got too excited. The staff was very helpful. Again the manager was amazing. She is a great person.”
“This store is my favorite Harbor Freight location mainly because of it's location and inside item arrangement. But mostly, it's my favorite because of the friendly and helpful service provided by the pretty cashier of color, whose name I do not know. She is just a ray of sunshine to customers. She is a very valuable asset to the store and company.”

There was one time I had an issue with a rewards gift card not working and the lady did not help with it. But all the other times I've gone there they've been very helpful. Always helped me find what I needed. The tools they have are great quality too. I like the selection they have. And I like the website they have to be able to look at the inventory they have online if I'm looking for a tool and want to save time trying to find it before I drive there. Good tools. Good service. Great selection. Helpful staff.

“Well stocked, well organized and clean store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our capacitor in our furnace failed on a Saturday afternoon and it was only 20 degrees outside. I looked online and Ace hardware was the only store in town with the part in stock. I drove across town and this was my first time in the store. The price was extremely fair and I will be back often.”
“I recently placed an online order with a tight window for use to finish up a project. I emailed and asked what day it would be set to arrive, and not only did they go out of their way to make sure it was in time, they paid for the additional cost at no charge to me. 10/10 customer service, and absolutely will be shopping here again. “One of the employees, maybe the owner helped me find the parts and tools I needed so fast that I was able to make it into the office even earlier than I do on a normal day.I really appreciated that I can buy single washers for 10 to 15 cents a piece rather than spending $5 or $6 on a bag at a big box hardware store and getting way more than I need that I'll probably never be able to find again if I would actually need them again.”
