Citibank seems to have very little idea of what they are doing, which unfortunately reflects poorly on Home Depot. Brandon at the customer service desk went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out even though it took several calls and about an hour of time. He was patient and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Brandon needs a raise ?”

“I don't usually shop at Lowe's - but I was really impressed with this location. Bought a new faucet at a different store and didn't realize I would need new supply lines - half way through the install I'm Googling prices for what I need and Lowe's had the cheapest. I'm glad they did. In and out within 5 minutes with what I needed (plus a couple other things that I remembered while I was there). Used self-checkout so I didn't actually interact with any staff, but the conversations I saw and overheard seemed friendly and helpful. Recommend this location for sure!”
