AutoZone is a leading retailer of auto parts and accessories. The store provides fast and friendly service, with staff that is helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Employees help diagnose issues, check and replace batteries, and educate customers on what to watch for. They also handle returns. Most experiences are wonderful, with staff quickly fixing mistakes and getting parts delivered. However, service can sometimes be slow, with customers waiting several minutes for assistance even when staff are present. The store continues to draw customers back for its reliable auto parts and service.
