“I had originally went to an authorized reseller location. That location created so many problems on my Verizon account that it was hard to even know where to begin to get it straightened out. This location on Delaware was so unbelievably patient, worked tirelessly to get my account straightened out, and were equally as frustrated with my experience. Everyone from the store manager down showed so much results in getting my account situated, and I am so grateful for them finally getting all the pieces put back together!
