“Target Merle Hay is a-ok. Smaller version of the "super" Target that is only 5 min away. The layout of this location is different from the rest. It's also located and attached to the mall. Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.”
“I have never been with With such an awesome person that takes their time, Gabrielle helped me out with everything. She’s very, very very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have been able to do this and I can’t get out much so she was such an awesome help, but I do believe that she should not be in building by herself and she was really good with all the people coming in and speaking to each one of them I would send anybody here and I’ve been with Verizon. I was with them for 20 years and I’ve been with US cellular for 25. She is awesome poodles poodles poodles to Gabriella is the one on East grand give her a shout.”

Actually was working on two customers at the same time and I can't say you will see that at Verizon. She didn't try to shove unnecessary accessories at me like Verizon. “I have a BaleTrak Pro Electronic Control Unit for my 2013 John Deere 459 silage baler. I'm only a small farmer and have 2117 bales on the counter. When I was baling the first part of September 2023 I could not get the monitor to turn on after at least 7 tries (it was acting up before this). I called my John Deere dealer and it was a good thing I was sitting down as they wanted $1423 for a refurbished unit with only a 6 month warranty if I installed it myself (if they installed it a 1 year warranty but a $400 service call). Which means it would be out of warranty when I use it next year. I happened to be picking up parts at Vetter Implement In Corydon IA and the service manager told me about Ag-Express. I ended up driving the monitor up to Des Moines on 18 September. They called me on 20 September and the unit was fixed. We were already in Des Moines so picked the monitor up. On 23 September installed the monitor in the tractor and the baler it powered up as it should. I would highly recommend them.”
“Efficient, professional and great selections. Clothing is great quality and selections. Groceries are cheaper than Walmart, Fareway, Price Chopper and especially Hy-Vee. Electronic section always has what I am looking for. Tvs, video games, gaming accessories, laptops, phones, stereos, records galore......you name Target has it!”
“I ordered photos for Valentines day from here. They came out a little dark but it ended up being okay, as I held them to the light it was almost like you did t know what you were gonna see. It was a beautiful mistake....dont let it happen again tho.”
“One way in, one way out for deliveries. Was unloaded in 2 hours the 1st time and less that 1 hr the 2nd time. GREAT job guys. The docks are located in the rear of the building, driver door right there, very friendly. I hope I come back here to deliver again.”

“Stopped at this location after two of our phones suddenly lost service due to the transition from US Cellular to T-Mobile and worked with Ian K. We had also been trying to get an issue resolved with an overcharge on our bill for two months in which T-Mobile kept telling us they would call us back after they checked into it and then never did (0 stars for T-Mobile). Ian was able to quickly solve the eSIM issue and also called and was finally able to get us the credit we were unable to do on our own. Ian went above and beyond!!”
