“Target Merle Hay is a-ok. Smaller version of the "super" Target that is only 5 min away. The layout of this location is different from the rest. It's also located and attached to the mall. Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.”

“I live in Iowa and pay for my parents phones in Arkansas. It is very inconvenient for me. Most temporary passwords and/or pins are texted to their Arkansas phones, not mine. They are 80yo. They get confused easily. This was the ONLY store in the Des Moines area that answered my phone call and tried to help me. If you're going to a Cricket store, I recommend you go see these ladies. JESS and her staff care!”
“One way in, one way out for deliveries. Was unloaded in 2 hours the 1st time and less that 1 hr the 2nd time. GREAT job guys. The docks are located in the rear of the building, driver door right there, very friendly. I hope I come back here to deliver again.”
“My last review I said I'd come back and I did today. Had a great experience with a young lady named Rosy. I had two to three things to get done and she took care of everything in a timely manner. As a costumer I've had bad experiences in other locations. Always a pain in the butt having to come back for mistake.For a second there was an error (not by her) but she fixed it right away! Literally cheered her on after she got it resolved ??? she was all positive vibes, polite and easy to talk to! Id say give the girl a raise, hard to find friendly and great costumer service these days.”

Actually was working on two customers at the same time and I can't say you will see that at Verizon. She didn't try to shove unnecessary accessories at me like Verizon. “If you have a cell phone you can download pictures directly from your phone. They have cables if you don't have a cable to connect it. It is not an instant printer. They print them for you. But after I was done selecting the ones I wanted, the clerk printed mine for me immediately. I did not have to wait an hour..”
“Efficient, professional and great selections. Clothing is great quality and selections. Groceries are cheaper than Walmart, Fareway, Price Chopper and especially Hy-Vee. Electronic section always has what I am looking for. Tvs, video games, gaming accessories, laptops, phones, stereos, records galore......you name Target has it!”
“I have a BaleTrak Pro Electronic Control Unit for my 2013 John Deere 459 silage baler. I'm only a small farmer and have 2117 bales on the counter. When I was baling the first part of September 2023 I could not get the monitor to turn on after at least 7 tries (it was acting up before this). I called my John Deere dealer and it was a good thing I was sitting down as they wanted $1423 for a refurbished unit with only a 6 month warranty if I installed it myself (if they installed it a 1 year warranty but a $400 service call). Which means it would be out of warranty when I use it next year. I happened to be picking up parts at Vetter Implement In Corydon IA and the service manager told me about Ag-Express. I ended up driving the monitor up to Des Moines on 18 September. They called me on 20 September and the unit was fixed. We were already in Des Moines so picked the monitor up. On 23 September installed the monitor in the tractor and the baler it powered up as it should. I would highly recommend them.”
“I ordered photos for Valentines day from here. They came out a little dark but it ended up being okay, as I held them to the light it was almost like you did t know what you were gonna see. It was a beautiful mistake....dont let it happen again tho.”

“I needed a repair claim filed. I did my own online & it said it was denied. That we didn't have coverage. Went into the Douglas T Mobile location. The Manager Jen N was a huge help! She contacted Assurant & spent a significant amount of time ensuring that the claim was entered correctly & that I was able to get local repair, as I am allowed per our insurance plan, instead of a new phone which would have included a deductible.
