“We recently did business with NFM, and are very happy with our experience. Shoutouts to Flamur, John, and Justin, who did a great job with delivery and installation, and to Braden and Mary, our sales reps, for their help and guidance. Great work! We'll be back.”

“I had an amazing experience at this location! I called ahead to compare the online price of the iPhone 16e, and the staff over the phone was so helpful. When I arrived, the service only got better the representative was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking to switch to Cricket or upgrade your phone, I highly recommend this store”

“I mistakingly downloaded a dangerous app that changed everything on my phone. Took to my local Verizon office and they were VERY helpful in getting my phone back to original and showed me how to avoid downloading suspicious apps from the play store. I am so grateful!”

“Just wanted to say thank you to the staff of Verizon (University Ave, and Jordan Creek) whom I worked with today to get my 93 old mother an updated 5G phone. Truly amazing, kind, helpful, professional - each and every one. Just when I thought good service was a thing of the past - I found an oasis of excellence in Verizon today (two stores and one person on phone). Thank you sincerely - your help and exemplary service is deeply appreciated!”
