My husband sells a lot of stuff on eBay and so his shipping labels are printed at home. This location is only a few blocks from our home so it is very convenient because we are here nearly every day! Furthermore, so Maine woman that we see working. Here is an absolute pleasure. She is so sweet and so nice and always smiling.”

“Every time I have visited this USPS location, I have only been treated with respect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The letters and packages I’ve mailed from this location have always reached the destination by the time given on the receipt. I haven't run into many long lines either. I’m usually in and out in less than 10-15 minutes except, of course the holidays. I appreciate the thankless jobs the postal workers do especially with the cuts and longer hours. The USPS company may not be around much longer with all the technology but I hope it doesn't happen. There's nothing better than receiving a card or package from someone you care about.”

“I wanted to give a shout out the employee Jeffrey at the Ankeny location -- he helped get my fingerprints done for the FBI background check. The machine wasn't working correctly and it took a while for it to process my fingerprints, but all the while he was very patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Thanks Jeffrey!!”
