We were looking for a peanut butter that we had previously found at Coralville & was hoping to find some here ... after $85 worth of Christmas snacks, cookies.. we didn't find it, but, so much more.. I LOVE that my hubby finds stuff he likes here too.. This IS the PERFECT PLACE for hostess, teacher or associate ( Christmas) presents.. Stock includes foods not found in regular stores... CHECK OUT GAL (Cindy?) was SO helpful and pleasant.. Definitely our best trip!!”

“Well laid out and clean. Good to get to just talk with employees who are engaged and want to have conversations while they work. Stopped by to get some tools for an employee. Tools were locked up but there was an employee nearby who was able to create a list on his scanner and got me everything I was in need of from the back.”

“Friendly employees. Large spacious store. Some areas were low on merchandise, probably due to inventory fluctuations and the challenge of having a very fixed floor plan. Clearance stores have the challenge of displaying merchandise that may change from one week to the next.”

“Shout out to Rodalyn for the excellent service my mom and I received on 1/2/24 - she was so calm, patient, and professional as she checked on sale prices for some of our items (having to make two trips - which was 100% on us) even as a line built up behind us (she did call for help multiple times, and the manager ended up taking a register when she asked him to fix a pricing issue). She also helped my mom put in her charge card manually when it wasn’t working & provided info for ordering a new one. I’ve worked in customer service before and know how stressful it can be when a check out takes longer than usual & a line is building — I so appreciate how helpful she was despite that.”
“5 stars for Menards, the cashiers and all the employees. ONE STAR FOR DOUG! WE HATE DOUG. If Doug is working, turn around and come back when he’s not. He’s the most insufferable man that works at this Menards. He’s always rude, always short, always unhelpful anytime I have the displeasure of getting his assistance and I use the word assistance loosely. I just don’t understand how someone working at the best Menards can be so miserable and just the most unhelpful man possible.”
“When first moving to the Quad Cities, 20 plus years ago, Silvis Walmart was one of the first places most frequently shopped ... All of these years later, I am still a customer whose satisfaction is way beyond 5 stars for the excellent service I have received, and continue to receive. I still see a few of the same staff members whom I was blessed to become acquainted with and be served by then. And though there are always so many staff members that I see new ones every time I go there, each and every time this grandma, with a few mobility challenges, receives excellent service from consistently courteous and helpful Walmart team members, and often, extraordinary kindness.
What exceptional team members Silvis Walmart has, that makes my shopping trips there always blessed, and leaving with a grateful heart.

“Descent for the most part. Doesn’t stand apart from any other tire shop attached to a chain store. The Folks working the place seemed nice and was pretty quick for the most part and I got outa there in just over an hour tires balanced and rotated for the season.”

“Exists somewhere between convenience store and grocery store. Not a place you would go out of your way to visit, but convenient if nearby. Doesn't look like all the stock photos they have used ?, but the aisles are relatively hazard free. Like most so-called "dollar" stores, they were out of a lot of things, but I was able to get what I needed. Prices seem decent and employee and other customers were friendly.”

“Nicole has been cutting my husband's hair for 6+ years. When I found myself with a hair emergency, I booked an appointment with her. She listened closely when I described what I wanted and asked additional questions. The result was one of the best haircuts and coloring experiences I've had. Take the time to call ahead and make an appointment. You won't be disappointed.”
“It's Target. What you see is what you get. Checkout lines can be long at times. Definitely more than two people per line, but that is typical of most places "post Covid". Starbucks inside is solid. Inventory diversity is solid but quantities can be low. Produce is hit or miss.”
