I called the store and the manager offered to bring them to me, in the middle of a blizzard. Obviously, I wasn’t going to allow him to do that but the fact that he offered just blew my mind. I decided to take a refund and I got a notification almost right away that my refund was complete. This is why I will always choose Fareway!”

“how awful of a pharmacy you have. we call from urgent care with a sick baby who needs an anti biotic right away per our provider. we call your store well there was no "family friendly" service or "helpful smile in every isle" we explained our situation and asked if they could stay just a few minutes for us to get from urgent care to them to get it and they refused to help us and said we'd have to wait 12 hours to get it. how awful your store won't help a sick baby. I'll be spreading the word and telling everyone.”

“I have patronized this specific location for many years & will continue. The management & service you receive from store employees has been nothing short of exceptional! The store is continually clean, well stocked, great displays of fresh produce & meat & always organized. The employees are pleasant & helpful in every way. Every department has a wide selection of choices. If you can't find what you need, share it with them & chances are they can & will special order it from the warehouse for you if it's available. If you haven't experienced a visit to this location, I highly encourage you visit. Their staff is exceptional & they strive to keep you coming back each time!”

“Have most of what I go for but if it's a sale item don't count on it being available . Many times they are out of the item or it's just not restocked in a timely fashion. If returning bottles or cans for recycling the machines are all usually in working order and there is usually someone working in the area to empty full bins or help with stalls or any problems that co.e up. And that person will write you a slip for the little shooter return bottles or any cans or bottles the machine just won't accept. The worker is usually pleasant also but there is one heavier set man that is just a miserable person and isn't happy to be at that job and he isn't very good at keeping it to himself”

“so I just left hyvee on Euclid I went to get cough drops, face masks, and some drinks. When I got to self checkout I rang up my stuff and I was unfortunately about 3 dollars short so I asked the kind lady at self check out if she could take off one of the pops as I really needed the medication. She proceeded to ask me how much I was short and I told her and she so kind heartedly offered to pay the difference. She made my entire week. I wanted to talk to a manager and let them know about their amazing and kind employee but unfortunately did not see one as I left the store so I wanted to write a review. I hope that kind hearted women and her managers see this. Thank you”

“I just rode with a guy that picks up tires and disposes of them for Sahoma. I've never actually had any work done over there but I can say that they are really nice people and I would definitely give them a shot at looking at my vehicle sometime if I need them in the future. After I left the shop part of it I went up front to the store cuz I had the worst headache and the guy at the register gave me some Tylenol that helped make it tolerable till I could get some more in my system. Nice guy up front as well. I'd give 5 star and definitely will change my rating after I have some work done on my car.”
