Jacob S. was fantastic - he helped me make a decision on which phone would be best for me, found ways to reduce our monthly bill with the best deals, and made sure I knew exactly what I would be charged so there'd be no surprises down the road. He took the time to make sure my devices (I also added on Arlo cameras) were all set up as much as possible before I left the store - even though this made him stay past closing time. I really appreciated all his help and the time he took to make sure I was happy with everything, getting the best deal, and with minimal effort on my part! He definitely went above and beyond!”
