Edian was super helpful in assisting me get a new line of service for free. The manager was extremely helpful as well and very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend coming back.

I had the painful task of needing a new phone and went here to the Cedar Falls store today. If this happens to you - you need to ask for Ari. They made the experience quite tolerable. Super helpful - I will always go back to that store if I know that particular staff person can assist me.
