“Ty did AMAZING today with my son and went above and beyond for us. Not only was he kind but he kept his patience with my wild toddler and got amazing photos. I will say whoever the person is who answers the phone and helps out was kind of rude and not very professional. I know this time of year can be hard I also work retail and it’s crazy but I don’t appreciate the way she talked to me on the phone.
