“Would give 6 stars. By far my best experience getting my tires aligned. Today I was traveling to Florida from Minnesota. I first went to Firestone since they said that discount tire couldn’t align the vehicle as good as them…. 10 miles in a realized how bad the alignment was. So I went to a different Firestone location.. they said it was perfect and shouldn’t have any worries. 10 miles I realized it was even worse… at this point I was very upset so I drove 4hrs to another Firestone, they seemed far more knowledgeable. For the 3rd time in one day it was not done. Then I went to discount tire. Andrew was the attendant that saved the day. Guy is intelligent and super respectful. I’ve never had a better experience and my car is finally driving perfect. Thank you Andrew and the discount tire team. I will forever come to this location for life.
