There are also options and pymt info if the buyer is potentially debating on a conventional loan or FHA etc. You can plug in PP, taxes, seller credits, HOA dues if applicable, date closing etc and it gives you not only the pymt but also the cash needed to close!!! What!!!! It makes our job so much easier and the buyer more confident to pull the trigger. No more waiting for a lender to send you a tailored preapp late at night or on the weekend (as that is when most transactions take place as we all know ?)- the friction free calculator will generate a preapp w the touch of a button.
5. Overall I couldn’t be more comfortable and confident when we submit an offer w a preapp from Tyler that his team will take the very best care of my buyer- from PA acceptance to closing day and that I will be kept in the loop along the way! A true fan of the Osby team!”
