Pharmacy tech was wonderful and stayed to help me, even though it was time for their meal break. Apparently the call center had made a mistake when I called in, but Mirela worked out for me to get the missing product next day!

The pharmacy currently only offers drive-thru service, but there isn’t a sign posted at the front of the store explaining that in-store pharmacy assistance isn’t available. When I asked a front store employee, they weren’t aware either. I also experienced a long wait time in the drive-thru.
