“Very helpful staff at the lake Manawa Enterprise in Iowa. Carl was ready on time. Exceeded expectations for quality. Gas. Mileage was extraordinary. Would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone.”
“Ramy Abaza Branch Manager at National rental car; was very responsive and resolved my concerns without any issues. Appreciate the professionalism and courteous response. Thank you Ramy.”
“The van had a minor mechanical issue on our drive, nothing to stop us from reaching our destination but worth mentioning. Isaiah in Spokane made it right and was very professional and polite. He made it the best experience and we’ll use Alamo always because of him.”
“On the way to pick up my rental, there was a traffic jam on the interstate.. Lilly, who told me they closed at 6, stuck around 10 minutes after closing to help me out... she is a 5 star employee!!!!congrats to the company for an employee like that!!! A great and smooth transaction.... thank you..... and thank you Lilly”
“We rented a vehicle through Costco travel and decided Enterprise as they had the best rates for an SUV at the beginning of December. The check in process was easy, slight wait time as there was only one person working the counter on a Wednesday evening around 6pm. When we went to the garage the guy told us our two options, which both were clean and ready to go. Dropping the vehicle off was a breeze too! Would rent again from this location!”
“AA Flt cancelled. Needed a one way car. Queenie was awesome. Customer service commitment that is priceless for Avis. Truly an ambassador for all Avis entails. Best of the best.”
“I made a reservation a few weeks in advance, my car was pulled up and ready for my scheduled arrival and I was able to leave within 15 mins of arriving at the location. The car was dirty, I think there was an oversight when it came to cleaning the interior due to their high volume. But Callie was able to accommodate me and addressed my concern. She is the best! If/when I come back to Omaha, I would feel comfortable coming back to this Enterprise.”
“The personalized service provided by Ms. Heather is highly timely and insightful; her guidance throughout the vehicle rental process makes for a unique experience, instilling both confidence and peace of mind.”
“My rental was mostly positive. The office process was efficient and friendly. The car, a Kona, was mostly satisfactory. One negative was that at times it smelled of cigarette smoke. That was offensive to me. I don't know if that was caused by a previous renter or by company staff. In either case, the situation should have been addressed early on. The other negative was the limited selection of vehicles - only two; and the other vehicle was not appropriate for my use.”
“I recently rented from Dollar and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. When we first arrived, the process was incredibly fast and easy. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, professional, and had us on our way in no time. During our rental period, I noticed the brakes on the vehicle were grinding. I called Dollar, and they immediately told me to bring it in and exchange it for another vehicle. I was honestly preparing myself for a lengthy and frustrating process, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. Jill, who was working the counter in the garage, was kind, empathetic, and incredibly efficient. She quickly got me into a new vehicle, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. When it came time to return the rental, we were helped by Ish, who provided exceptional customer service. He helped my daughter and me with our belongings, was patient, friendly, and never made us feel rushed. It’s rare to receive such consistently excellent service from multiple employees throughout an entire rental experience. Dollar made everything easy, stress-free, and pleasant. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others.”
“Fantastic customer service! This is the second time I have rented a car from Hertz in Bellevue, and both experiences have been phenomenal!!! When I walk in to pick up the car, I am in and out of there in 5 minutes or less. The staff there is wonderful, so nice and accommodating. I won’t go anywhere else to rent a car in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
“Pretty smooth experience renting and returning a car from this location. It is a long walk to and from the terminals because of construction but other than that I have no complaints.”
“My boyfriend and I had a very challenging travel day and my reservation with a different rental car company was canceled. The young lady, at the other car, rental counter was rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. Fortunately, the two young ladies at the Budget kiosk were wonderful, helpful, and delightful. Brittani & Nicolette - thank you for understanding what a challenging day we had had and for being so wonderful by helping us get a great car at a fair rate. our trip to Omaha had been planned for over a year and a half, and to have a snafu such as having no rental car on the day of arrival was terrifying and overwhelming at the end of an exhausting travel day. Brittani & Nicolette deserve raises! Thank you!!”
“Payless is a great place to rent a car! The service was exceptional! Even when I rented for a day later than my arrival, they went out of their way to accommodate my need and get me a car a day early. I can't say enough positive about my experience. Thank you Payless!”
“I have to give kudos to Thrifty for my recent experience with them in Omaha. Very quick and friendly service picking my car up and quick help with handling an issue with the car including a refund for a portion of the charges due to the issue with the key fob. Very happy with my service and I will definitely be renting with them again.”
