“We rented a vehicle through Costco travel and decided Enterprise as they had the best rates for an SUV at the beginning of December.
The check in process was easy, slight wait time as there was only one person working the counter on a Wednesday evening around 6pm.
When we went to the garage the guy told us our two options, which both were clean and ready to go.
Dropping the vehicle off was a breeze too! Would rent again from this location!”

“I made a reservation a few weeks in advance, my car was pulled up and ready for my scheduled arrival and I was able to leave within 15 mins of arriving at the location.
The car was dirty, I think there was an oversight when it came to cleaning the interior due to their high volume. But Callie was able to accommodate me and addressed my concern. She is the best! If/when I come back to Omaha, I would feel comfortable coming back to this Enterprise.”

“My rental was mostly positive. The office process was efficient and friendly. The car, a Kona, was mostly satisfactory. One negative was that at times it smelled of cigarette smoke. That was offensive to me. I don't know if that was caused by a previous renter or by company staff. In either case, the situation should have been addressed early on. The other negative was the limited selection of vehicles - only two; and the other vehicle was not appropriate for my use.”
“I recently rented from Dollar and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. When we first arrived, the process was incredibly fast and easy. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, professional, and had us on our way in no time.
During our rental period, I noticed the brakes on the vehicle were grinding. I called Dollar, and they immediately told me to bring it in and exchange it for another vehicle. I was honestly preparing myself for a lengthy and frustrating process, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. Jill, who was working the counter in the garage, was kind, empathetic, and incredibly efficient. She quickly got me into a new vehicle, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
When it came time to return the rental, we were helped by Ish, who provided exceptional customer service. He helped my daughter and me with our belongings, was patient, friendly, and never made us feel rushed.
It’s rare to receive such consistently excellent service from multiple employees throughout an entire rental experience. Dollar made everything easy, stress-free, and pleasant. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others.”

“Fantastic customer service! This is the second time I have rented a car from Hertz in Bellevue, and both experiences have been phenomenal!!! When I walk in to pick up the car, I am in and out of there in 5 minutes or less. The staff there is wonderful, so nice and accommodating. I won’t go anywhere else to rent a car in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

The young lady, at the other car, rental counter was rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. Fortunately, the two young ladies at the Budget kiosk were wonderful, helpful, and delightful.
