“Chris and Kristy's customer service is above and beyond 5-star platinum service. I'm new to the area and found myself without transportation home. And it was a little frightening because I don't know anybody here due to the fact I just moved here. Every cab and ride service were not available to provide a ride. . It was about to storm in and I was standing outside in the rain when Kristy was about to leave after closing the store. She offered me a ride to the nearest gas station. I honestly cannot even express how thankful I and appreciative I am for her kindness. She was my hero without a doubt. I was in tears and had no transportation out of there and no shelter from The Storm. She went above and beyond. I can't even imagine how the night would have went for me without Chris and Kristy's kindness. They were both very helpful from the start of my shopping visit. The store is one of the cleanest and well stocked that I have shopped at in a very long time. I found everything that I needed to purchase and with platinum customer service. Look forward to shopping here again. Thank you again Kristy and Chris!”
“Once I was able to find my way around, I was able to find everything I was needing. The reason being: they recently did some remodeling & changed the isles around since I was last there. So being used to the way it originally was, I had a hard time finding exactly what I was looking for. Had to back track many times. LoL ... But there were many employees stocking, etc, so was easily able to find someone to ask help from.I think everything will be great, once I get used to the new set up !”
“* Good location, large parking spaces, fair prices, great employees, good selection... a little amount of a lot of varying products.* Meat counter is good quality but high priced. Still, meat in general is high anywhere, so it's good to shop around, although it's FAR superior in quality to Hy-Vee.* Their rotisserie chickens taste better than other stores but are the same price & much smaller, seemingly half the size of Hy-Vee. Sometimes they're dry, but they do taste better. If you visit after 5pm, they are a couple of dollars cheaper, if there are any left. They don't usually have a lot any time of the day I've ever visited, so sometimes I have to go across the street to Hy-Vee anyway.* Produce is always good quality.* I like the newer store down the road better for selection & quality. Overall, a solid 4* out of 5.”

“The prices here from what I can tell are great. They special order some liquor in for just me, and it's $4/bottle cheaper than hyvee. Regardless, what's a dollar here and there, support local owned business!Staff is always friendly, can't ask for much more!”

“Lovely little bulk foods and general store. It is so nice to get out of the city sometimes and take in a more relaxing shopping experience. Love the selection of spices and candy. Local produce, dairy, meats, and baked goods. Friendly employees, definitely recommend!”
