Renters have had positive experiences with the smooth check-in and check-out process, as well as the quality of the rental cars. However, some customers have noted that the midsize SUV they received was smaller than expected, with limited luggage space. The National/Enterprise/Alamo representatives at DSM who help you to your car, check you out at the gate, and check your car back in at dropoff are excellent. Very helpful, efficient, polite and friendly.
