“Fab Rehab is a thrifter's dream!! A very good selection and very reasonable prices! Great ambience and the owner is just darling! If you're looking for a good thrift store or antique store to find that special item, definitely check out Fab Rehab, there's a little something there for everyone!!”
“I stopped in for the first time not too long ago and I will absolutely be back. They had a great selection and I really like that they have rotating vendors, it helps keep things fresh. We talked to the owner while checking out and they were wonderful. I highly recommend checking this place out”
“Someone recommended this to me, so zi checked it out on a Thursday morning at opening time.
The place was packed, resellers in line to purchase goods.
It was well organized and easy to navigate inside the store. It's bigger than it looks from the outside.
Nice selection of goods. Prices fair. Owner professional.
IDK how many times I will go back. It's cool but nothing out of the box as far as thrifting/resale goes.
They are open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.”
“A gold mine of lost and found treasures!!! This is the place to go to locate that little item you didn't know you secretly needed and desperately wanted. Buyer beware though- YOU WILL SPEND AT LEAST A DOLLAR OR TWO!!!”
“Love this little shop! You can feel the care and passion that goes into everything here. It’s locally owned, thoughtfully curated, and the customer service is always warm and personal. A true hidden gem worth supporting!”
“Visiting West End Architectural Salvage is easily one of the coolest and most unique tourist spots in Des Moines! Spanning four massive floors filled with antique furniture, vintage signs, and reclaimed architectural wonders from all over the world, it feels like exploring a living museum. The rustic, eclectic atmosphere makes it such an inspiring place to wander around and lose track of time.
To top it all off, they have a fantastic little coffee bar built right into the space. I grabbed an iced latte while browsing through the levels, and the espresso was surprisingly rich, smooth, and high-quality. The staff is super passionate, friendly, and ready to share the history behind their salvaged finds. If you're visiting Des Moines, this is an absolute must-see destination!”
“I absolutely love this shop. I would never have any money if I lived anywhere near Iowa :) I appreciated the quick communication when I had a question, the eco friendliness of the reused shipping materials, and I absolutely loved the vintage brass swan that I ordered. Currently trying to figure out a road trip to make it to this lovely shop in person :)”
“Helped my partner and I find a good price for our knives. And he likes to help out his community when others are struggling. I highly recommend going to this pawn store, very friendly and community oriented.”
“Rated one of the best shops in the East Village! Its such a rich place!. So much to see! Always getting new stuff in! You could be in here for 8 hours and still not see everything!”
“Thrift store that sells personalized individual booths that can range in different pricing depending on the individual booth. Wide variety of items that include furniture. Used movies and video games, home decor, collectibles, glass and clothing”
“Definitely more the Flea Market vibe vs Antique Store. That being said, I found several items that I wanted all reasonably priced. And the folks up front are all very friendly. Glad I stopped by.”
“If you're looking to add some Mid Century Modern into your life, this is the place to shop. The showroom always has some magnificent pieces to brighten up your space. The owners are very personable and willing to answer any questions you might have. They just reopened the downstairs market and there are plenty of vendors to peruse. If I could give more stars, I definitely would.”
